- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unworn items. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
